🔥 MOST COMMON ISSUE: Social Media In-App Browsers

If you clicked a link from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter - those apps use restricted browsers that can't load our site properly!

✅ Easy Fix:

  1. Long-press the link in the social media app
  2. Select "Open in Browser" or "Open in Chrome/Safari"
  3. Or copy the link and paste it directly into your phone's browser
  4. The site will load perfectly in your regular browser!

💡 Pro Tip: Always use Chrome, Safari, or Firefox directly - not in-app browsers from social media!

Issue #1: Antivirus or Security Software

Sometimes antivirus software (Norton, McAfee, Avast, etc.) blocks new websites by mistake.

✅ Quick Fix:

  1. Temporarily disable your antivirus (for 5 minutes)
  2. Try loading the site again
  3. If it works → Add "thebeatvault.store" to your antivirus whitelist
  4. Turn antivirus back on
Issue #2: Network or WiFi Blocking

Some networks (work, school, public WiFi) block music or entertainment sites.

  1. Try using your mobile data instead of WiFi
  2. Or try from home instead of work/school

Issue #3: Browser Problems

  3. Clear your browser cache:

    • Check "Cached images and files"
    • Click "Clear data"
Issue #4: Mobile Browser Issues

Mobile browsers sometimes have stricter security settings.

✅ Quick Fix:

  1. Update your browser app to the latest version
  2. Try Chrome app (iOS/Android)
  3. Try Safari (iOS) or Samsung Internet (Android)
  4. Disable "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" in Safari settings
Issue #5: VPN or Proxy
